Product Background
Deserts and Gobi regions, with their abundant sunlight resources, are ideal locations for large-scale photovoltaic power plants. However, harsh environments (strong wind and sand, high salinity, and large temperature swings) can accelerate the corrosion of conventional galvanized steel supports, shortening their lifespan by over 30%, increasing maintenance costs and operational risks.

Danxia Steel (hot-rolled super-weathering steel), developed by Baosteel, utilizes a special alloy composition and rolling process to form a dense and stable protective rust layer on the steel surface, effectively preventing corrosive media from penetrating the substrate.
