       According to data recently released on the National Bureau of Statistics' official website, China's crude steel output in October 2025 reached 72 million tons, marking a year-on-year decrease of 12.1%. Pig iron production stood at 65.55 million tons, down 7.9% year-on-year, while steel product output totaled 118.64 million tons, reflecting a 0.9% year-on-year decline.

  From January to October, China's crude steel output totaled 817.87 million tons, down 3.9% year-on-year; pig iron output reached 711.37 million tons, down 1.8% year-on-year; and steel product output amounted to 1,217.59 million tons, up 4.7% year-on-year.
